JASON BESTERS

Jason has over 7 years financial services & mortgage broking experience. Prior to entering the financial services industry, he held a variety of sales, business development and management roles within the Information Technology and Telecommunications industries in small, medium and large business operations.  Jason brings a wealth of experience to his role and is very enthusiastic about the success of each client.  Jason regularly participates in Professional Development training and educational courses relevant to the fields of Accounting, Financial Advice and Credit Advice.  Jason holds the following qualifications and designations:

GARRY CHARLESWORTH FIPA, FTIA

Accountant

As a member of our Accounting Team, Garry assists a variety of individual and business clients.  Garry´s responsibilities include the preparation of individual and business tax returns along with Business Activity Statements, Financial Reports, Bookkeeping and client training on various accounting packages.

Garry brings with him over 33 years experience, primarily in Financial Control/Management Accounting.  More recently Garry successfully transitioned from corporate sector accounting to Public Practice and is an integral part of the Proview team.

Garry regularly participates in Professional Development training and educational courses relevant to the fields of Accounting and Taxation and holds the following qualifications and designations:

• Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA)
• Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia (FTIA)
• Garry has successfully completed all 3 levels of the Taxation Institute of Australia's Structured Education Program, made up of Foundation Tax, Applied Tax and Advanced Tax.

JOSEPHINE CHALMERS AIPA
Accountant

Josephine joined the ProView team in May 2011 as part of our accounting and business advisory team. Josephine has extensive experience in all facets of commerce and industry.   She spent the first 23 years as a Personal Assistant working with upper management in commerce and local government.  In 1998 she transitioned into Public Practice working first for a small Chartered Accounting Firm and then for a large national CPA firm.  Josephine qualified as an accountant in 2003. 

In May 2005 Josephine started her own small business working as a BAS consultant and bookkeeper, specialising in servicing the needs of small to medium sized businesses.  Her experience as a bookkeeper and small business owner is foundational to her ability to relate to and assist small to medium sized business owners.  As an MYOB Certified Consultant Josephine has setup and trained many clients on MYOB and has held MYOB training workshops.  Since transitioning into an accounting career Josephine has had extensive experience and training in all matters of tax and GST compliance as well as Human Resources, OH&S and Payroll.  

Josephine´s qualifications include the Advanced Certificate in Accounting and the Advanced Diploma in Accounting.  She is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).

CORALIE COLLINS

Trainee Accountant

Coralie finished her HSC at Chevalier College in 2009 and started her Accounting Traineeship with Proview Accountants & Business Advisers Pty Ltd in January 2010. 

 Coralie has completed the Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting) via the Australian College of Commerce & Management and continues to obtain on the job experience and mentoring by our experienced accountants.

KRISTY McKERNAN

Client Services Coordinator / Front of house

Kristy joined our administration team in December 2011.  Kristy has a background in administration, customer service and sales across a number of different industries including real estate and hospitality.  Kristy's role is essential to the smooth running of the ProView business. 

KELLY GOULD

Client Services Coordinator / Admin Support

Kelly brings with her years of experience in administration and customer service.  Kelly has a bright and friendly disposition and is one of those responsible for the smooth running of the Proview business. She provides essential administration and support services to the Proview team and our clients.
